Amado Espino Jr. accepted on Tuesday President Rodrigo Duterte's apology after including him in a drug matrix connected to the alleged drug trade of Sen. Leila de Lima in the New Bilibid Prison. In a statement, Espino said he was humbled by the President’s apology and called him a “true leader and a gentleman.” "I kept my silence for the past three weeks as I know beyond reasonable doubt that I am not guilty of this allegation," Espino said.
